A Cleaner, More Organized Manage Inventory Page

Heads up, sellers! Today, we’re introducing a cleaner, more organized layout on the edit view of the Manage Inventory page. We’ve added thumbnails, for easier recognition of the item you’re editing; a new option for private comments, to keep notes about the item that you may not need the buyer to see (e.g., physical location); and room for future features, like shipping fields and batch actions.

You can let us know what you think about this change by posting in the comments

would be nice to be able to select all items shown on a page to edit (rather than having to tick loads of individual boxes), plus the option to filter sold items by date sold rather than date listed (making relisting recently sold items a breeze).

Still missing is the oppurtunity to ‘save to draft’ with the new option, besides the XXL font used is more confusing than helpful.

Great improvement, thanks for the work put into it!

I’m having the same problem uploading audio. It looks like it’s uploading, then returns to my inventory page and nothing is there. Not getting any errors either.

I have tried to upload audio samples with no success… I hit “Save,” but the audio tracks are not being saved…

I don’t edit my inventory very often, so I kind of missed what you are calling the “old page” — but the latest one looks fine, I tested it and it works for simple cases.

Although I track my inventory using a local database (CATraxx) which downloads release data from Discogs, from what I’ve read the “private comments” field for tracking location will be a hit with many sellers.
