Discogs Top 50 Biggest Selling Records of December 2016

by Diognes_The_Fox

December marked another turbulent change both in and out of music and other real world current events. George Michael‘s passing away on Christmas, while at the end of the month, catapulted his work heavily into the top 50 biggest selling records as fans sought to reconnect with his music. We see the new Rolling Stones album and single charting as well, running on well over half a century of momentum. Interspaced, as always, are the usual top fifty fixtures. When I heard years ago that Dark Side Of The Moon never left the charts, I was surprised. Now, I understand in far much more detail. Thanks as always for reading!
