As part of Discogs’ ongoing efforts to improve the buying and selling experience for sellers and buyers worldwide, the payment option called Discogs Payments will be retired.
Discogs Payments will be disabled on your account on the date indicated in the banner at the top of your logged-in Dashboard and Seller pages (such as Orders, Inventory, Billing, etc), as well as in an email notification sent to you. Once Discogs Payments is disabled on your account, no new buyer payment transactions may be processed using Discogs Payments. You can find your Discogs Payments balance on your Payouts History page, which you will receive on your normally scheduled pay-out day.
Can I still issue refunds through Discogs Payments?
Yes, you can continue to process refunds with Discogs Payments as usual for up to 90 days after it has been removed as a payment method on your account. Any refunds issued after Discogs Payments has been discontinued will be invoiced to you through Discogs’ invoicing system.
