Top 10 New Releases on Discogs

The Discogs Weekly Top 10 New Releases – October 6 2017

Welcome to the October 6th Weekly Top 10 New Releases pulled from the freshest sales data at Discogs! The Discogs Weekly Top 10 New Releases are all the records (vinyl, CD, cassette, or otherwise) the Discogs community has added to their collection from last week’s release day to today. The Weekly Top 10 is your ultimate guide to finding that new release you need to add to your collection.

Discogs defines a New Release as any album that has been released or reissued within the past 18 months. You won’t see any classics here unless it’s a fresh reissue! Let’s jump into the records that are hitting everyone’s Discogs collection this week!

With the start of a new month comes a pretty fresh list in the top 10 most collected new releases. Foo Fighters were sitting pretty at number 1 for the past two weeks with their 10th studio album, Concrete And Gold, but they’ll have to make do with number 3 this week. Two rock legends have forged their way back into the new release list with these reissues, and the Discogs community can’t get enough!

Despite Twin Peaks fans previously making a strong showing, buoying the soundtracks from the original series and its recent return into the top 10, neither is anywhere to be seen. That doesn’t mean they won’t be back though. Keep up with the top 10 new releases to see if that Lynchian weirdness will make its way back to the top!

Let’s count back those New Releases down from #10 to #1!
