Cerrone is a legendary multi-GRAMMY award-winning disco artist, having sold millions of records when originally signed to Atlantic Records in the 1970s & 80s.
Sampled by The Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, Run DMC, Nas, Action Bronson and many more over the last 40 years, Cerrone released his first new studio album in 7 years – ‘Red Lips‘ – in October 2016 via Big Beat Records. Featuring world-renowned musicians Nile Rodgers, Alexis Taylor (Hot Chip), Aloe Blacc, and Kiesza, the fourteen-track album is a celebration of disco’s halcyon days anchored by “Move Me,” ft. Brendan Reilly. Now in his 60s, Cerrone continues to perform his own original DJ sets around the world.
