Release status coloring on Collection, Wantlist, Contributions, Ratings

In the same way that releases are color-coded on artist and label pages, this is now done on Collection, Wantlist, Contributions, and Ratings pages.

The coloring follows the similar pattern:
– new submission: whole release is highlighted in yellow
– release needs review: title is highlighted in yellow
– release needs changes made: title is highlighted in red

This should make it easier to spot releases that need attention.
Pie in the sky request: how about little picture icon for those entries without images.
Yeah, this would be helpful. Perhaps highlight the title in green if a release has no images (including those that have none but do have bad images hidden)?

…Someone’s been busy over the last few months :-)

No slower than before on me. And thanks! Finally something that’s really useful.

Dunno of it is a coincidese [bad spelling] but the site has been very slow for me ever since this was implemented. Is it putting a heavy (or even heavier shall I say?) load on the servers?

But well, one aspect of my request has not been realised.

Drafts or even deleted releases are not highlightened at all. They should be marked completely red, as in the search.

    Fantastic :D

    Thumbs up!

  • Dec 6,2008 at 03:24

this is indeed useful as i have my collection in lots of different folders, checking/voting on items in my collection is now much easier , thx for implementing this

Nice idea, I like it, it will encourage me to find things in my collection that need votes/advice whatever.

One thing, though, not really a moan, more a suggestion, would it be possible, at some time in the future, to have your own pending submissions coloured a different colour to the others? Or failing that have an icon by our own subs so we can identify them easily? I, for example, have over 200 pending submissions atm (and I know there’s some with a lot more than that), if I’m going to go through my collection going to the yellow ones to vote/advise it’s ginna be irritating that over 200 of them are ones I can do niothing about because they’re my subs waiting for votes. It would speed the whole process up if I could filter them out from the start.
