Here’s all the ways sellers can get help on Discogs:
Check the Support Section
This may seem like a no brainer, but the answers to the most common Marketplace questions are available in our Support Documents. You’ll find the Support Documents via the link on the bottom of every Discogs page. You can search all the Help Documents as well as filter by categories like, Seller, Marketplace, Invoicing, Shipping, and more. Not exactly what you were looking for? On the right hand side of each Help Document is a list of Related Help Documents and Tags.
Look In The Forums
The Marketplace Forum is a great place to get answers from your fellow Discogs Community Members. If you weren’t able to find the answer to your Marketplace conundrum in the Help Documents, this is the next best place to look. You can find a link to the forum on the bottom of every Discogs page, or in the Community drop down menu on top of your screen. In addition to creating a new thread, you can also search threads for questions that might have already been answered by our incredibly knowledgeable community.
Get Familiar With Payment And Shipping Services
Selling records on Discogs often involves working with secondary sites and services for things like your accepted payment methods and shipping policies. Take the time to familiarize yourself with these tools and the information they provide. If you have a question about a service provided outside of the Discogs Marketplace, you might get a more useful response by reaching out to their support team directly.
