Top 40 Trending Records

Week of February 29th

Tame Impala’s The Slow Rush holds steady at the top of this week with the second straight #1 placing.

Ozzy Osbourne’s Ordinary Man enters the Discogs Top 40 at #2 and GrimesMiss Anthroposcene debuts at #3 having just hit shelves this past Friday.

The Vinyl Me Please influence slows down, with The RootsPhrenology dropping to #4 and Aretha Franklin’s Aretha Now dropping to #8 in position over last week.

Another Club edition, The Secretly Society by way of their sublabel Dead Oceans, places well this week with the wildly catchy EP from Khruangbin & Leon Bridges, Texas Sun

Five(!) Bruce Springsteen reissues made the list: The Rising, Devils & Dust, 18 Tracks, Live In New York City and Live In Dublin

Jennifer Lopez landed twice with pressings of J.Lo and On The 6. Is this a result of her strong Super bowl performance? (The answer is not exactly, VMP in partnership with Epic just reissued these two classic albums for the first time on vinyl).

Check out the rest of the list and keep adding to your collection!

Should read – Is it “Trending Records” or “Trending Albums” because two of this list are not the latter!
